Former Co-op Building 138 -152 Powis Street, Woolwich SE18 6NL To grant planning permission for the conversion and extension of the existing building to provide 74 residential units with associated amenity space and the re- establishment of the retail floorspace at ground floor level and the provision of associated parking and cycle storage. That planning permission be granted for the conversion and extension of the former Co-op Building at 138 – 152 Powis Street, Woolwich, SE18 6NL, to provide 74 residential units, the re-establishment of the retail floor space at ground floor level, and the provision of associated parking and cycling storage, subject to conditions set out in Section 3.2 of the report, in particular that steps be taken to restore and replace the tiles of the external building in keeping with the geographical history of the environment. |
