No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided.  Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.

The Committee is requested to consider the application and grant planning permission for the demolition of existing ground floor rear extension of public house and redevelopment of land to the rear involving erection of  terrace of 6 dwellings (5 x 3-bed and 1 x 4-bed), plus cycle and car parking and amenity space, subject to conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the report.

That Full planning application be grated to demolish existing ground floor rear extension of public house and redevelopment of land to the rear involving erection of  terrace of 6 dwellings (5 x 3-bed and 1 x 4-bed), plus cycle and car parking and amenity space.  Subject to:

 

i.      the conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the main report,

ii.     the amendments to condition 1 as set out in addendum report ;

iii.    the omission of condition 25, which is duplicated by condition 11 as set out in the addendum report;

iv.    the inclusion of an additional condition in respect of future connection to a district heating network as set out in the addendum report; and

v.     an addition to Condition 18 of the main report as follows[VG1] :

(c)    Substantial enhanced planting on the boundary between the development site and No. 10 Victoria Way, in order to provide screening, with a view to minimising overlooking.
