The Committee is requested to grant full planning permission for the alterations to existing housekeeping area and construction of a 2-storey extension to be used as additional housekeeping facilities.

Resolved to grant full planning permission for alterations to existing housekeeping area and construction of a 2-storey extension to be used as additional housekeeping facilities, subject to

·       The conditions set out in Appendix 2 of the main report

·       An additional condition added to be worded

 

a)  No development shall commence on site until a detailed schedule and specification of all screening materials to be used on the building(s) to protect the amenities of the neighbouring properties have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.

 

b)  The development shall be carried out in accordance with the

approved details.

 

Reason: To ensure that the local planning authority may be satisfied as to the external appearance of the building(s) and to comply with Policies 7.4 and 7.8 of the London Plan (2016), Policies DH1, DH3, Dh(h), DH(i), and DH(j) of the Royal Greenwich Local Plan: Core Strategy with Detailed Policies (July 2014) and the Ashburnham Triangle Conservation Area Character Appraisal.
