Members are requested to confirm as an accurate record the Minutes of the Pension Fund Investment and Administration Panel meeting held on 11 December 2017.

 

No motion or discussion may take place upon the Minutes except as to their accuracy, and any question on this point will be determined by a majority of the Members of the body attending who were present when the matter in question was decided.  Once confirmed, with or without amendment, the person presiding will sign the Minutes.

The Panel is requested to agree the Governance Compliance Statement for the Royal Borough of Greenwich Pension Fund.

The Panel received and noted a report introduced by the Acting Finance Manager.  It was recognised that that Governance Compliance Statement was an annual submission designed to ensure that the administration and stewardship of the pension scheme continued to be transparent and accountable to stakeholders.  The Panel

The Governance Statement (Appendix A) for the Royal Borough of Greenwich, be agreed.

The Panel to note the updated Pension Fund Risk Register (Appendix A) as a tool for managing risk within the Pension Fund.
