Minutes:

The report was introduced by the Highways Asset Group Manager. He highlighted that whilst the Borough was unable to accommodate the request Officers were suggesting some proposals that residents there might wish to consider.

The Assistant Director (Transportation) advised Members on what would have to be considered before a road was adopted, and commented that such a residential development would be determined differently under current planning guidelines.
